Random-anisotropy mixed-spin Ising on a triangular lattice

We have studied the mixed spin-1/2 and 1 Ising ferrimagnetic system with a random anisotropy on triangular lattice three interpenetrating sublattices $A$, $B$, $C$. The spins are represented by $\sigma_{A}$ (states $\pm1/2$), $\sigma_{B}$ $S_{C}$ $\pm1$, $0$). performed Monte Carlo simulations to obtain phase diagram temperature $k_{\text{B}}T/\left|J\right|$ versus strength of $D/\left|J\right|$. boundary between two $FR_{1}$ $FR_{2}$ phases at lower temperatures always first-order for $p<0.25$ second-order transition $FR_{1}$, paramagnetic $P$ phases. On other hand, values $p\gtrapprox0.5$, presents only lines.
